Hello Lightning Tamers,
On my instagram account @taminglightning, I've been liking and saving images and video on neon and plasma of all sorts. After building up a heafty collection, I've started re-posting and sharing those works. Taming Lightning is a growing project from blog to podcast, video to classes, and beyond. If we can think of fire, which is inseperable from glass, as the creative energy involved in the arts and sciences, then lightning would be the most natural source, the inspiration! It's challenging to choose form so much, so here are my 5 picks for this week!

Hello Lightning Tamers!
A nice article about Galen Turner, a Neon Artist in TAcoma and Electrically defying Daredevil, Gaytron the Imploder! Galen and I met during my first Plasma Neon class at Pilchuck glass school, he was the technician for Pat Collentine's Class in 2014, and plan to schedule him for the podcast soon!
